• What are your working hours?
– Our professional team work 6 days a week. We are flexible with your date and time.
• Do you work on weekends, bank holidays and night?
– Yes, we don’t mind to work on weekends, holidays even at night if necessary with no extra charge. We do not work on 4Th of July, Christmas Day and New Years day.
• Do you have cancellation fee?
– We don’t have cancellation fee.* We are flexible with our customers. But We would like a notice of any change or cancellation as far in advance as possible.
• Do I have to pay any extra on top of your “flat price”? Like for any taxes or parking fees?
– All our taxes and services are included in the price, and paid by us. The only charges that might apply on top of the price are parking fee if you are not able to provide free parking space for the cleaners.
• Do you provide the cleaning chemicals and materials?
– Yes, we bring all the cleaning supplies, equipment and materials. Unless you have your own preferances.
• Can you use my cleaning supplies and cleaning rugs?
– Absolutely. Please leave your cleaning supplies in the backet – properly marked along with any specific using directions if any.
• Do I have to be home when the cleaners are here?
– You are the customer we will do whatever you prefer it is totally up to you if you chose to be home or not, however, many of our customers prefer come home to a clean house, They make us a copy of the key, give us the garage or door code, leave the key in a lock box or any other hiding spot.
• What do I do about gratuity?
– Tips are not required however they are greatly appreciated and split evenly between the cleaners.
• What do I need to do to prepare for a cleaning?
– In order for a more efficient cleaning we ask that our customers pick up toys, clothes, shoes or any other household items. We can do that as well, please note all those things are time consuming.
