GUARANTEE OF SERVICE
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you have very specific requirements please tell us at the time you book your service, then, if you feel the provider has fallen short of your expectations, please be sure to let them know before they go and give them an opportunity to work with you to make things right.
If you are not completely happy with the service, then please contact us within 48 hours, in order that we can remedy the situation.

SECURITY
We do not share or sell our customer’s information with third parties.
We do not allow the use any of your details by a third party.
We only use the information you provide to contact you about our services.

CONTACT FORMS 
If you fill in an enquiry/contact form on this site the details you enter into the form will be sent by email only to the site owner so they can process your request.

CUSTOMER CARE 
. We want to keep in regular contact with you in order to ensure that you get the best possible service from ESC, Inc. if for some reason you not happy with your current cleaning personnel please let us now so we will make sure not to match you with them again.

PAYMENTS
Payments can be made by: CHECK, CASH, ANY Credit Card, PayPal or bank transfer.
– The default preferable payment method is by credit card, payment will automatically be taken after each clean unless you pay on-line or have a direct debit or standing order in place.
– You can pay by check or cash on the day of cleaning service, however if payment is not made on the day then payment will be taken by credit card.
Where payment is not made ESC,Inc. reserves the right to take payment by our recurring debit/credit card facility.

ONE-TIME CUSTOMERS
Deposit of 50% from the estimated cost required or min $25.00 will apply to your credit card at the time of booking.
Remaining balance due will be charged after cleaning service is complete.

REPEATED CUSTOMERS AND REGULAR CLEANING SERVICES
We can arrange charge your credit card or email you Invoice once a month – that can be paid via mail or with credit card at your end.
If you wish to pay check or cash on a day of service and we will come to clean & you forgot to leave your payment we will still clean it and you can pay us next time for both cleanings at no additional fee.

LATE FEE
All payments due as set up prior to cleaning service scheduled. For unpaid accounts there is a Late Payment Fee chargeable of the greater of 3% or $25.00 per calendar month (30 days).

BAD CHECKS
There is $46.00 fee for returned checks, not sufficient funds, account is closed, etc.

UNPAID CUSTOMERS
All payments owing must be paid without offset, counter claim or other deductions.
Please note all accounts beyond our credit terms will be passed to our debt collection agency.
All accounts without exception will be subject to a surcharge of 15% plus to cover our costs of recovery. These accounts will also be subject to any legal costs incurred in obtaining settlement.

REFUND POLICY
Cleaning is a very personalized service; we cannot offer refunds to our customers. But If you’re not happy, we’re not happy, If for any reason you not satisfied with our cleaning service – please reach us out within 48 hours of your cleaning service to explain issue in detail and we come back and fix what we missed to meet your satisfaction.
Or we can issue a partial credit that can be used towards any service provided by our company. No refunds, no exceptions.

LOCK-OUTS & CANCELLATION FEE’S
Please Don’t Lock Us Out
Lockouts are charged for mileage, gas and waisted trip time, bellow will apply whatever the greater of:
a) Half the missed service price; or
b) $55.00 min.

Please understand us why Lockouts Are So Not good:
Ever spent an hour waiting in a restaurant, only to realize that your date has stood you up?  That’s what lockouts feel like to a home cleaning company.
We’re ok about cancellations, rescheduling, postpones but please don’t strand a cleaning professionals equipped with vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, spray bottles cleaning cloth etc, outside of your door for 30 minutes, while we are trying to reach you.
People make mistakes, things happens and we do our best to understand, but lockouts and short notice cancelations are: *incredibly disruptive to our operations; *demoralizing for cleaning professionals; and *economically costly to our company.      If you give us a key, fob, lockbox number, garage code, or any other type of entrance you can offer this nova days – to avoid future lockout occurrences, we may waive the lockout fee, at our discretion.

KEY POLICY
We agree not to duplicate our customers’ keys.
Upon service cancellation – we return keys within a five-business day’s period.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please Cancel in Advance
Skip, reschedule, or cancel a day in advance for free.
We are made to be fleaxable, but with some rules, please note that skipping, rescheduling, or cancelling a booking with short notice can cause the cleaning personnel to lose valuable work.

Please be aware our cancelation policy:
if you decide to cancel your appointment, our normal cancellation policy applies.
*Our cancellation policy for all appointments;
Cancellation of any appointment (s) must be made 12-24 hours before time of the appointment(s). If you do not cancel 12-24 hours before the appointment(s), you will be charged half the cost of all services booked. (same as lockout fee, exsept milage)
*We understand thing happened, so please if you need to cansel same day cleaning service call 720-480-0737 and we can rescedule or arrange a small cancelation fee of $18.00
